My family has been smoking/grilling for over 100 years. We always made our own sauce, especially for pulled pork. The sauce was always a mustard base sauce for pork butt, but would use a sweeter sauce for ribs. This sauce tastes so much like the sauce we make. About the only difference is mine is hotter, and generally has a bit more mustard. This sauce is prefect for pulled pork... It has a great flavor, it isn't too sweet, and definitely not hot.. Try a couple bottles and you won't be disappointed! (and if you like it hotter, just add a little cayenne)
